So, HI you all!

I have never doen something like this, so all of this new. Thats good, you see, Im afraid of new things and need to practis this kind of stuff.

Here you will be able to read on my progress of strength and body transformation. What kind of toughts I have about food and what I do about them.

Things that I have doen is to buy Ketostix, Im going to go on a Ketodiet that is called LCHF (Low Carb High Fat). I have all my life been a carbjunkie and carbs have only given me trouble.

My tools of recovery is.
Stand on the scale once a week, thuesdays.
Every 2 day, check if Im in Ketos.
Go to meetings, NA, OA, AA.
Food dairy.
Be abstinent and follow my foodplan.
4 times a week do gymtraining. Squat, bench, shoulders, deadlift.
